Messenger login

Messenger login replaces the “email + password” form with sign-in via Telegram or VK. The customer confirms the sign-in in the messenger — no need to make up a password or wait for an email. A simple icon captcha protects against bots.

What Messenger login can do

📲

Telegram and VK

Sign-in channels are enabled in the module settings — one or both.

🧩

Icon captcha

Instead of unreadable letters, the visitor picks the right icon: it stops bots without annoying people.

🛒

Sign-in at checkout

The sign-in form appears right on the checkout page, and the guest’s cart moves to the account.

🔒

No passwords

The account is tied to a confirmed messenger: there are no passwords to guess or forget.

↩

Fallback

If you turn off the module, the usual email login form will return.

How to set up Messenger login

1

Install from the catalogue

Site panel → “Platform → Modules” → “little-white.by catalog” → “Install”. Compatibility with the site version is checked automatically.

2

Enable and configure

In the module settings, enable Telegram and/or VK and enter the LW Notify service key — the sign-in form replaces the standard one on the login page and at checkout.

3

Publish

Click “Publish changes” in the panel and the module goes live on the site.

💡

An LW Notify API key is required: login confirmation goes through its bot. The key is issued on request via little-white.by support.

FAQ — Messenger login

Do you need your bot on Telegram?

No. Confirmation goes through the LW Notify bot — the site only needs an API key.

Where do I get an LW Notify key?

Open a support request at little-white.by — the key will be sent in reply. Enter it in the module settings, in the “LW Notify API key” field.

What happens to customers who are already registered by email?

If the module is turned off, the standard form of email and password login will work again.
