Terms of Use
1. General
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the website little-white.by and all products distributed through it: WordPress plugins, the WhitePage CMS website management system and its modules, online services, website templates, software for desktop and mobile devices (hereinafter — "Products").
Developer: Takushevich Vladimir, Self-employed, Tax ID: CA7774946, Belarus.
By using the website or Products, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. The terms of paid services are also set out in the Public Offer.
2. WordPress Plugins
Plugins are distributed free of charge under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute the plugins in accordance with the GPL terms.
Plugins are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the plugins.
3. WhitePage CMS and Modules
WhitePage CMS may be used and modified free of charge for personal, educational and other non-commercial projects. Commercial use by an organization or individual entrepreneur is permitted under a commercial license; its price is shown on the WhitePage CMS page. Reselling the CMS itself is only possible by separate agreement with the Developer.
Modules from the WhitePage catalog are installed from the site control panel. PRO modules are provided by subscription: installation and updates from the catalog are only available with a valid license key. When the subscription ends, an already installed PRO module keeps working, but its installation and updates from the catalog become unavailable until renewal.
4. Paid Subscriptions (PRO Versions and Services)
4.1. Nature of Service
By purchasing a PRO version of a plugin or module, or a subscription to an online service, you pay for a service providing access to extended functionality, updates, and technical support for a specified period (hereinafter — "Subscription"). The Subscription is not a sale of goods.
The license key is bound to one domain unless otherwise stated on the product page. You may deactivate the key and transfer it to another domain.
4.2. Activation and Access
After payment, you receive a license key. Key activation marks the start of service delivery. PRO features are available for the duration of the paid subscription period.
When the subscription expires, PRO features of plugins stop working, but all collected data is preserved. The free version of the plugin continues to work. To restore PRO features, you need to renew the subscription. For WhitePage PRO modules, the terms of Section 3 apply.
4.3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, subject to the following conditions:
- The license key has not been activated (the service has not been rendered);
- Or you can demonstrate that the PRO version has a significant defect that cannot be fixed by the Developer within a reasonable timeframe.
If the license key has been activated and the service has started, no refund is provided, as the digital service is considered rendered from the moment of activation.
To request a refund, contact hello@little-white.by with your order number and reason. The refund procedure is described in the Refund Policy; the refund method depends on the payment method (Section 5).
4.4. Data Accuracy
Analytics data provided by plugins and modules (reading time, scroll depth, content audit scores, linking suggestions, 404 monitoring, traffic statistics) is approximate and intended for informational purposes only. The Developer does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data.

5.2. Card Payment via bePaid
Payment by VISA, MasterCard, BELKART, MIR bank cards is made via the bePaid payment service.
Payment Security
Card payments are processed through the bePaid service. The bePaid secure server establishes an encrypted TLS connection and confidentially accepts the client's payment card details (card number, holder name, expiry date, and CVC/CVC2 security code).
After making a payment by bank card, you should save the received card receipts (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with your card account statement (to confirm transactions in case of disputes).
If you did not receive the license key after payment (the service was not rendered), please contact support by phone +375 (25) 645-65-25 or by email hello@little-white.by. I will assist you.
For payments made by bank card, refunds are issued to the same card used for the original payment.
5.3. Card Payment via WebPay
Bank card payment is also available through the WebPay system — www.webpay.by.
Payment Security
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection over the secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives the customer's payment card details (card number, cardholder name, expiry date and the card verification value CVC/CVC2).
After making a payment with a bank card, keep the received card receipts (payment confirmations) to reconcile them with your card account statement (to confirm the transactions in case of any disputes).
If you have not received your order (the service was not provided), please contact technical support by phone +375 (25) 645-65-25 or e-mail hello@little-white.by. You will be assisted.
When paying by bank card, refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made.
5.4. Payment via the ERIP ("Raschet") System
ERIP payments are made via the express-pay service. After placing an order, the payment page shows the invoice number, instructions and a QR code. The invoice can be paid via any internet banking, mobile banking, info kiosk, bank branch, or ATM.
The payment is confirmed automatically once the funds are received (usually within 1 business day).
Payment Security
The invoice is paid in the secure environment of your bank (internet banking, mobile banking, info kiosk, bank branch, ATM) via the ERIP ("Raschet") automated information system. The payer's bank card and bank account details are not transmitted to the website and are not stored on its servers.
After making a payment, keep the received receipt (payment confirmation) to reconcile it with your account statement (to confirm the transactions in case of any disputes).
If you did not receive the license key after payment (the service was not rendered), please contact support by phone +375 (25) 645-65-25 or by email hello@little-white.by. You will be assisted.

5.5. Payment via YooKassa (YooMoney)
For payment in Russian rubles, the YooKassa service is available: by bank card, from a YooMoney wallet, and by other methods enabled in YooKassa. The order amount is converted from Belarusian rubles at the rate shown on the website at the time the order is placed. The payment is confirmed automatically.
Payment Security
Payment is made on the secure YooKassa page. The YooKassa server establishes an encrypted connection over the secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives the customer's payment card details (card number, cardholder name, expiry date and the card verification value CVC/CVC2). Card details are not transmitted to the website and are not stored on its servers.
After making a payment by bank card, keep the received card receipts (payment confirmations) to reconcile them with your card account statement (to confirm the transactions in case of any disputes).
If you did not receive the license key after payment (the service was not rendered), please contact support by phone +375 (25) 645-65-25 or by email hello@little-white.by. You will be assisted.
For payments made via YooKassa, refunds are issued by the same method used for the original payment: for card payments — to the card from which the payment was made.
