1. General

This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected when you use the website little-white.by and products developed by Takushevich Vladimir (hereinafter — "Developer"), how it is used, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept.

Personal data controller: Takushevich Vladimir, Self-employed, Tax ID: CA7774946, Republic of Belarus. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection".

2. What data is collected

Sign-in and account

Sign-in and registration on the website are done via a messenger (Telegram or VK). The messenger user identifier and name, the chosen contact channel and the data you provide yourself (name, email address, phone) are stored. To protect the account, information about sign-in sessions (IP address, browser fingerprint, time) and the networks used for sign-in is stored.

Orders, payments and licenses

When an order is placed, the following is stored: order number and contents, amount and currency, contact details (name, messenger, email or phone — if provided), payment method, payment status and payment identifier at the payment service, and the history of payment attempts. Bank card details are entered on the payment service page and are not stored on the Developer's servers.

For issued licenses, the license key, validity period, the domains of the sites where the key is activated, and the date and IP address of the last license check are stored.

Reviews and support requests

If you leave a review of a purchase, the rating, review text and the name and email you provided are stored. Requests are accepted via the support page (sign-in via messenger) and by email; the content of a request is used solely to respond to it.

Technical data and security

The website server keeps a request log (IP address, date and time, page address, browser information). To protect against attacks and password guessing, suspicious requests are recorded in a security log (IP address, page address, browser information, reason), and an IP address may be temporarily blocked if necessary. This data is used solely to operate and secure the website.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses the following cookies:

  • lw_sess — account sign-in session. Deleted on sign-out or when the session expires.
  • lw_cart — shopping cart.
  • lw_cur — selected price currency. Lifetime: 30 days.
  • lwa_flow — links the messenger sign-in process to your browser. Kept for up to 15 minutes.
  • lw_paytest — set only when a service test-payment link is opened.
  • _ym_* — Yandex.Metrica cookies (see Section 4).

The selected colour theme (light or dark) is saved in browser storage (localStorage) and is not sent to the server. Site cookies are not used for advertising.

4. Yandex.Metrica

The site uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (YANDEX LLC). Using cookies, Metrica collects anonymized visit data: pages viewed, traffic source, time on site, device and browser information, and approximate location based on the IP address. The "Session Replay" (Webvisor) and "Click Map" technologies are enabled; they record on-page actions (movements, clicks, scrolling) to analyze the site's usability.

The data is processed by Yandex, including in the Russian Federation, in accordance with its privacy policy. The Developer receives only statistical reports. You can opt out of Metrica data collection by disabling cookies in your browser or installing the Yandex.Metrica opt-out add-on (Yandex instructions).

5. Purposes of processing

  • sign-in to the account and account protection;
  • placing, paying for and fulfilling orders, issuing and verifying licenses (in accordance with the Public Offer);
  • contacting the customer about an order and responding to requests;
  • operating and securing the website;
  • analyzing traffic and improving the website.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data is not sold or used for advertising purposes. It is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the services:

  • payment services — YooKassa, express-pay (ERIP), bePaid, WebPay: order number and amount to process the payment;
  • messengers Telegram and VK — when signing in and receiving notifications via messenger;
  • Yandex — visit data via Yandex.Metrica (Section 4);
  • government authorities — in cases provided for by law.

The YooKassa and Yandex.Metrica services process data, including in the Russian Federation.

7. Data retention

  • Account data — while the account exists; order, payment and license data — for the period needed to fulfil the order and the periods required by law.
  • Security log — 30 days. Sign-in sessions and password reset links are deleted when they expire.
  • Server request log and account activity log — for a limited period, after which the records are deleted.

8. Your rights

You have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data, to request its correction, the termination of processing and deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing — in the manner and within the time limits established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection". 9. Plugins and modules on customer sites

If the Little White — Time Analytics plugin is installed on a site, it may collect anonymous analytics with visitor consent: time spent on page, scroll depth (percentage), page URL and title, word count on the page. The plugin does not collect IP addresses, cookie identifiers, user agents, or any other personal data; only aggregate data per URL is stored. Tracking starts only after the visitor clicks "Accept" in the consent banner; if the visitor clicks "Decline", no data is collected.

Analytics data of plugins and modules is stored in the database of the site where they are installed and is deleted together with the plugin. When checking licenses and updates, plugins, WhitePage CMS and modules send the license key, site domain, product identifier and version to the Developer's servers; visitor data is not transmitted.

10. Changes

The Developer reserves the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
