Payment Rules and Security

General Rules

Payment for services is made in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
The service price is indicated on each product page and on the checkout page.
After payment, an order confirmation with a license key is sent to the specified email.

After placing an order, ERIP payment instructions with the order number are available in your account and via the authorized messenger.
Payment can be made via any internet banking, mobile banking, info kiosk, bank branch, or ATM.

The payment is processed through the bePaid payment service (bepaid.by).
When paying by bank card, you will be redirected to a secure bePaid payment page where you need to enter your card details.
Your bank card data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored on the website server.

Bank card payment is also available through the WebPay system — www.webpay.by.
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection over the secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives the customer's payment card details (card number, cardholder name, expiry date and the card verification value CVC/CVC2).
After making a payment with a bank card, keep the received card receipts (payment confirmations) to reconcile them with your card account statement (to confirm the transactions in case of any disputes).

When paying by bank card, refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made.

Payment by bank cards and from a YooMoney wallet via the YooKassa service — convenient for customers paying in Russian rubles.
The order amount is converted to Russian rubles at the rate shown on the website. When paying, you will be redirected to the secure YooKassa page; bank card details are entered on the YooKassa side and are not transmitted to the website.

All card operations are performed in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, BELKART and the PCI DSS security standard.
Card data processing is carried out on a secure payment system server (bePaid or WebPay). Card data is not transmitted to the website and is not stored on its servers.
The connection to the payment gateway is protected by SSL/TLS protocol.
For additional cardholder authentication, Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode and BELKART-Internet-Password protocols are used.
